Return Policy
Due to the nature of our research products and the strict quality controls required, we maintain a limited return policy. Unopened, sealed products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or show signs of tampering cannot be returned for safety and quality assurance reasons.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please contact support@titanpep.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email support@titanpep.com with your order number and reason for return. 2. Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) number — do not ship products without one. 3. Ship the product in its original packaging to the address provided. 4. Include the RA number on the outside of the package. 5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
