Processing Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Included on orders over $100. $7.95 flat rate on orders under $100. Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days): Available for an additional $14.95. Overnight Shipping: Available for an additional $29.95. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM MST.
Packaging & Handling
All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. Lyophilized peptides are packaged with desiccant packs and sealed to maintain product integrity. During warmer months (May-September), cold-chain shipping with insulated packaging and gel ice packs is available at no additional cost for orders over $150. For orders under $150, cold-chain packaging can be added for $9.95.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can track your package using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, TitanPep ships within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for expedited or overnight orders. Standard shipping to P.O. boxes is available. Certain products may have additional shipping restrictions based on state or local regulations. You will be notified at checkout if any restrictions apply to your order.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact support@titanpep.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, reship your order at no additional cost.
